Internal Regulations


I. General Provisions

The purpose of these internal regulations is to ensure the proper functioning of the establishment, safety, respect for people and facilities, as well as the comfort of all customers.

Every guest staying at the Hotel Eden au Lac agrees to comply with these regulations, the instructions of the staff and the equipment provided.

Any behavior contrary to good morals, respect for staff, the tranquility of the premises or safety may result in sanctions, up to and including partial or total exclusion from the establishment, without refund.

Customers are required to use the facilities and equipment with care. Any damage, breakage, or deterioration, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the responsible customer for the cost of repair or replacement.


II. Institution's Responsibility

The Hotel Eden au Lac accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings, whether in guest rooms, common areas, or the wellness area. It is recommended that you do not leave valuables unattended. Please note that a safe is available in all hotel rooms. Lockers that can be locked are also available in the wellness area.

The hotel can only be held responsible for personal injury or property damage in the event of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.


III. Hotel Hours

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Any delay beyond the check-out time will automatically incur an additional charge of €25.


IV. Wellness area and facilities

  • The pools in the wellness area are accessible from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • The other wellness facilities are accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Failure to comply with schedules, safety instructions, equipment or staff may result in a temporary or permanent ban from accessing the wellness area, without financial compensation.

The facilities must be used in accordance with the posted rules and staff instructions.


V. Food and Drinks

The opening hours of the dining area must be strictly observed.

All goods or services consumed within the hotel (restaurant, bar, wellness center or other services) must be paid for either:

  • at the time of purchase,
  • either at check-out.

Any failure to pay will result in the necessary measures, which may include contacting the relevant authorities.


VI. Customer Communication and Requests

All requests, complaints or information must be submitted through the hotel reception.

VII. Application of the regulation

Management reserves the right to enforce these regulations and to take any necessary measures in the event of non-compliance, in the interest of the safety, comfort and proper functioning of the establishment.

Wellness Area Rules


  • Access to the wellness area is entirely at the client's own risk.
  • The hotel accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.


Access

  • All adults must wear the hotel's red wristband in the Wellness area.
  • The absence of a bracelet results in immediate denial of access.


Attire & hygiene

  • Swimsuits are mandatory in swimming pools.


Respect for the premises

  • Respect for the peace and quiet, for staff and other customers is mandatory.
  • The facilities and equipment must be used with care.
  • Any damage will be charged.


Payment

  • All services or consumption must be paid for:
  • immediately,
  • or at check-out for hotel guests.


Sanctions

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the wellness area, without refund.
